Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer free returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union – 14-day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Returned items must meet the same conditions described above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
