1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online shop "Letzte Bastion".

3. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
The order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded only upon dispatch confirmation or delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is available worldwide.
Delivery times are indicated in the shop.
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed without undue delay.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details are provided in the separate withdrawal policy.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence of essential contractual obligations, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Any further liability is excluded.

10. Final Provisions

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction shall be Munich, Germany.
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain unaffected.
